Xi’an High-tech International Convention Centre meets national leading Convention Centre construction standard, and is a integrated international Convention Centre gathering conferences, an exhibition hall, a five-star hotel, an ultra-high office building and a talent apartment. It is located in the southwest corner of intersection of Tianguliu Road and Yunshuiyi Road in the core area of Software Park in High-tech District in the west of West Sanhuan Road in Xi’an City, and is adjacent to Shaanxi New Library in the south, and to Fenghui Channel Ecological Landscape Gallery in the east. Besides, high-tech skyrail demonstration line, the first skyrail line in Xi’an, has set a station here, which will provide convenient transportation supporting services for conferees after completion.
西安高新国际会议中心项目总占地94亩，总建筑面积约49万平方米，项目分为两期建设，一期为会议功能区，二期为展厅、五星级酒店、超高层写字楼、人才公寓楼以及商业和地下停车场。
The Center covers a total area of 94 mu, with total floor area of about 490,000 square meters. The construction of the project is divided into two stages, in which stage I covers conference functional zone, and stage II covers the five-star hotel, the ultra-high office building, the exhibition hall as well as commercial zone and underground parking.
会议中心一期总建筑面积约31000平方米，为地上两层建筑，建筑外形是在方正的建筑上覆盖南北上升的悬挑屋面，出檐深远，既传承千年古都的历史文脉，又体现现代西安开放、博大的文化氛围。
In stage I, a two-storey building above ground is constructed, with total construction area of about 31,000 square meters. The building appearance is to cover the square building with vertical cantilevered roof, with far-reaching eaves, which not only inherits historical context of this ancient city with thousands of years, but also embodies open and extensive cultural atmosphere of modern Xi’an.
西安高新国际会议中心设有可同时容纳3000人的大会厅1间，多功能分会议厅10间，可灵动组合后同时容纳350~1000人开会，贵宾休息室、小型会议室共12间。会议中心不仅可以满足不同规模的会议需求，还可提供高标准的餐饮服务。会议功能区配备有国际一流的会议发言扩声系统、科大讯飞智能会议系统、同声传译系统、室内外温湿度及空气检测、空调新风除霾监控系统等先进技术和先进的视频监控数据网络系统、可伸缩式阶梯座位、舞台机械系统等设备，科技含量高、对标国际化，是未来各种国际国内大型会议的主要会场。
The Center is equipped with 1 big conference room with 3,000 seats, 10 multi-functional secondary conference halls that can hold 350-1,000 conferees after flexible combination, as well as a total of 12 VIP lounges and small meeting rooms. It can not only satisfy requirements of conferences in various scales, but also provide high-standard catering services. The conference functional zone is equipped with advanced technologies such as internationally leading conference speech sound-reinforcement system, iFLYTEK intelligent conference system, simultaneous interpretation system, indoor and outdoor temperature humidity air detection and air conditioning fresh air haze-removal monitoring system, as well as devices such as video surveillance data network system, retractable stadium seats and stage mechanical system. It is the main conference venue for various international and national conferences in the future owing to high technological content and benchmarking internationalization.

As an important landmark and urban reception room in High-tech District of Xi’an, the Center will be created as a permanent site for Global Programmer’s Festival and Global Hard Core Technology Conference to be held in Xi’an.
